Food Technologists – responsible for the implementation of new products, processes and changes to existing products, ensuring product quality safety and legal requirements are met.
Buyers source the right ingredients for the product.

Production Manager – responsible for producing the correct quantities of bread using recipes developed by the Product Development Department.
Product Development – responsible for driving exciting NPD projects from concept to launch as well as consumer and health trends. Working with internal teams and suppliers to create products that make an impact on the market place.
Food Packaging Researchers – work closely with the development and technical teams on all packaging. Driving packaging ideas, solutions and innovation that will deliver the competitive advantage for current and future products. Liaising with NPD teams, production and engineering to ensure high quality, legislative issues are addressed and obtaining lowest cost packaging solutions.
Technical Manager – Manages all technical team activities. Would be expected to have a degree qualification or equivalent in a Food Science discipline and a number of years experience within Food Manufacturing.
Quality Assurance Manager – Working to ensure the quality of all products and monitor hygiene standards within the manufacturing environment. Work closely across all departments ensuring constant monitoring and review of general safety standards on the manufacturing floor. Distribution Manager – Requirements would be current knowledge of transport legislation, to lead and motivate teams, excellent communication skills, possess excellent analytical and numerical capability working in a fast paced environment.
